Best food and atmosphere in town! My new favorite spot. My mom loved her fish and chips and the Emerson wrap is fantastic!!!

Stopped for a Saturday late lunch after Special Olympics. My Reuben was excellent. My daughter loved her salmon sandwich. They had a great beer selection. Although they were busy (local hockey tourney), service was good and quick. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience can’t wait to come back and try some other menu items, got the Italian beef egg rolls and they were fantastic. Great selection of beers on tap and a full bar as well. Nicholas is the man! 10/10 service,experience, food and drinks!

We just ate here for the first time tonight and it was AMAZING! We tried to go to a different restaurant but it was too crowded and this place was close so we decided to try it. The service was quick and fantastic. Our server was very attentive the whole time. And even though it was a bar, the atmosphere is still very family friendly (I had my two kids with). As a group, we had cheese curds and pretzels bites as appetizers which were yummy. My husband had the tomato basil soup (which I had to try too) and it was the best tomato basil soup we have ever had! For dinner, I had the Smash burger and OMG it was so delicious with the garlic aioli and the pickles! Others at the table had salads, the bean burger, the El fuego burger and more and everything was fantastic! We will definitely be back to this place and we will be spreading the word because this food was too good to not talk it up!

Good atmosphere, good friendly service, and good food and drink. Don’t love slot machines in bars but were in the corner and I could overlook it. Everything else was fantastic

Really enjoyed this joint…solid beer list, nice ambiance, and food was really, truly good. Sat at the bar and the service was on point.Wish this was closer to where we lived…would be a weekly go-to for sure!!

I have always liked Emersons. Today, a bit more. Due to a power outage our usual meeting place was closed. Julie welcomed us in and we had a great time. The service was great. No pressure to leave. We weren’t a large group, just 9, but walking in without a reservation is not always easy for a large group! Thank you Julie and Emersons.

The atmosphere was busy but everyone seems to enjoy themselves. Host and workers were attentive and the food was really good.

I just hosted a staff party for 30 people at Emersons Ale House last Saturday. It was my first time there and, it most definitely will not be my last! I don’t often write reviews, but I absolutely had to write this one. The service was flawless, the food was delicious, the atmosphere and vibe was fun and friendly, I can’t think of one negative thing about our experience! This is a family run business so when you go there, you know the people who are running it care, and it shows in all the details and everything they do. Emerson’s is a really special place with a classic, casual Chicago vibe. Don’t forget to try the pulled pork sliders and the mac & cheese when you go! So much deliciousness!

10/10 would recommend. The food is absolutely delicious and the workers so friendly and accommodating.

What a pleasant surprise! I went there expecting a limited and typical pub menu…instead I had a delicious Salmon Caprese! Can’t wait to return and sample some of their other unique menu choices!

I loved the atmosphere of this place, food were super delicious and I enjoyed it the first time we came for my daughter birthday dinner. There’s so much food choices. It’s a very busy place and friendly people and respectful. Kamren is our server and she’s very friendly and prompt,attentive with our needs ,very respectful,professional.Eric was also professional and very polite .All the staffs were very friendly . I recommend this place . Parking: Very close and convenient and free to park anywhere you want Kid-friendliness: My grand children loves all the appetizers and the food they ordered and the chocolate cakes were super delicious 😋

...my friends and I have had great experiences at this restaurant!..we loved sitting outside...good food and prices!..easy parking, friendly atmosphere...What especially has made our visits enjoyable is the wonderful staff....Eric, Mark, and Jeanine really friendly and super people!..incredibly accommodating and shared some laughs and smiles! They are really great, because of them especially, we'll be back!

The best sweet potato fries. We had the prime rib sliders, which were delicious, and our server Heather was dynamite! Even the guy that cleans up knew what we needed even before asking. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food lineup. All the sandwich items that I've tried have been over the top. The owner, George, makes sure your experience is 2nd to none. I highly recommend this restaurant. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed!

The first time I came here was with a few friends as our wives had a ladies night. None of us had been here and it was a Wednesday night and it was busy. So we sat at the bar and got some drinks. While waiting for a couple guys to arrive we ordered some appetizers. We asked the bartender for her recommendations and she suggested either the fried pickles or the Italian beef egg rolls. My buddy said he hates fried pickles (and pickles in general - heathen!) and he was not interested in the egg rolls. So he got cheese curds and we got the egg rolls. Holy cow! The Italian Beef Egg Rolls were awesome. Even my buddy was pleasantly surprised. Next we got dinner. I got the Pretzel Prime Rib Dip Sandwich. Juicy, flavorful, crisp bun, aioli with a slight kick...all hallmarks of a very good sandwich...which it was. My buddy (who doesn't like pickles - the heathen!) got a burger which he said was one of the best burgers he's ever had and that our Burger Club will have to revisit just for everyone to review. Another got the Buffalo Salad and another got the Ale House Fish & Chips. We all loved our food and vowed to return. And return we did! We went back a second time and got the Italian Beef Egg Rolls again (because - awesome) and also got their wings: BBQ and Hot Honey. Both are good sauces and worth the trip to Emerson just for them. Our Burger Club has been as well and we rank their burgers as some of the best we've had and we've been to over 30 places all over the North Shore, Northwest Suburbs up to Kenosha, WI. I highly recommend visiting Emerson Ale House and trying whatever they recommend (or what I recommended) as everything is great ther. Oh, and I have tried the fried pickles and they are really, really, good.

Food and service is great. There are certain group of people who go there are disrespectful, despite a chair that was taken with a coat on the chair they insisted on trying to claim the spot. Very rude and disrespectful crowd. Very unrespectable people crowd. We love the place but don't like the crowd that are there.

Showed up 15 minutes before close and they didnt rush us out. Food was amazing.

Every time we come it’s always a hit or miss but this time was amazing! Came in on Thursday and our server diamond really made us feel comfortable because one of our daughter is allergic to a lot of ingredients but diamond made sure whatever we ordered for her was ok for her to eat and our 11 year old loved it! Never had a server make us feel not guilty for having so many accommodations! Manger came over to make sure everything was ok as well! Food was amazing service was impeccable! Would definitely come back and especially ask for diamond as our server!

This is my new go to for dinner and drinks! My first time coming here I asked our waitress Kamren for suggestions and she recommended the Salmon Caprese which was an awesome recommendation! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive and the sandwich was delicious! The portions were so huge I ended up taking some home.

The Chicken club is always perfect. I enjoy tater tots or their fabulous fries on the side. Today, only had room for the club to go.

Great place for a burger and drink but the Buffalo chicken wrap was amazing..

The food is really good. The staff is really kind too. Never had an issue here except for one small thing. The LACK OF MAC AND CHEESE BITES. PLEASE BRING BACK THE JALAPEÑO MAC AND CHEESE BITES WITH THE TOMATO BISQUE DIP. IT WAS SO GOOD AND I NEED TO SATISFY MY CRAVING FOR THEM. I CANNOT STOP THINKING ABOUT THEM. I WOULD MOVE MOUNTAINS FOR THEM. PLEASE!

My favorite bar in Mount Prospect!

I had Salmon Caprese it was presented elegantly and the fries were amazing. The balsamic marination of salmon hit really different and combination with mozzarella cheese was mind blowing. Highly recommended!! If you are fish lover even not just dare to do so… will love it!

Didn’t like that out party of 4 had to wait for a table when there were multiple 6 tops available because they save them for parties of 5 or more. Lame.

This place never disappoints. I have never had a bad meal here. Especially love their crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich, short rib sandwich, and club sandwich. Their cheese curds and crispy cauliflower are great appetizers as well!
